Get General Yagov with your... F-14 TOMCAT!  This game was produced in 1987 by Williams, creator of the most desirable and popular digital pinball machines ever manufactured. This game is held in the highest regard due to it's cool cold-war military theme, fabulous artwork and fantastic gameplay.  It has it all!  F-14 was an incredibly popular game for Williams and it remains a sought-after game to this day.  This game came out shortly after the smash hit Top-Gun movie and really took advantage of the popularity of the time.  Everyone loves the theme, voice calls, music and fabulously fast game play that featured a cool and unusual on-playfield ball locking system and multiball jackpot.  F-14 Tomcat pulled the players in by the thousands with it's truly innovative design and fabulous gameplay.  This game has a lightning-fast playfield and very addictive layout that makes you feel like you're right out there in the sky, trying to gun down General Yagov and avoid his evil forces!

You'll love all of the music, sound effects and SPEECH in this game that really put you right up in the sky, ready for high-speed, high-risk flying and jet-powered dogfights!  Plunge your ball up the steel cage ramps and watch it settle in and LAUNCH out towards your upper flippers.  That's right, this game has upper and lower flippers to help you blast away at the loads of stationary targets.  Fire away at the T-O-M-C-A-T targets scattered around the playfield and when you complete them all, you can shoot for the upper right launch area, which will fire your ball into one of the multiple BALL LOCK areas.  Launch and lock three balls, then shoot the targets again to launch into the MULTIBALL DOGFIGHT mode where successful and successive shots to the launch area will result in a HUGE JACKPOT SCORE!  That's just part of the action as there are many other shots in the game such as the upper loop and lower targets.  Go for the center targets to complete your kill shots and then go after the infamous General Yagov for an EXTRA BALL!  But... be careful... because when you shoot at General Yagov, he SHOOTS BACK!  Watch your ball come flying back at you at incredible speeds when you go for the General!  This game has all of the great features of a classic Williams pinball.  From the banks of standing targets, to the roll-overs, pop-bumper, ball locks, ramps, spinners, FOUR FLIPPERS and much more... this playfield has a fantastic layout that will keep you entertained and challenged for years on end.  F-14 Tomcat is one of the most collectable pinball machines from the 80's and the classic theme goes great in any home gameroom!

Most F-14 Tomcat games are completely worn out in the center due to the high volume of play that they saw and the incredible speed of the ball.  It is very common for the insert artwork to be completely missing on this game.  The playfield on this machine looks so great because it had a full playfield mylar protective layer installed when the game was new.  This game is also prone to having lots of broken plastic pieces, but the plastics on this game are all in excellent condition with very few imperfections.  All new flipper parts and brand new plastic posts have been installed on the playfield.  The backglass is in excellent original condition and the cabinet is truly exceptional with only minor blemishes.  The legs have been polished, shooter rebuilt and a new lock installed.  She plays lightning fast just like she did in 1987!

    * BRAND NEW mirror finish balls have been installed
    * Slingshot plastic protectors installed
    * A full diagnostic test and software configuration was performed
    * An owners manual and spare light bulbs are included
